Bayberry Round Taper Candles

These traditional candles are made with a blend of Bayberry wax and beeswax. 

Bayberry, also known as candleberry or wax-myrtle, has been used for decades in candles. They are traditionally given as gifts over the holidays with an included poem. Although different versions exist, these come packaged with this verse "This Bayberry candle comes from a friend. So on this Holiday burn it down to the end. Because a Bayberry candle burned to its socket, brings good luck, good health and wealth to your pocket." 

There is a light, resinous, scent from both the waxes, however there is nothing added to enhance the scent or color of the candles. Sold as a pair.

NOTE: I offer them fluted at the bottom, so they fit most common candle holders (3/4"-7/8").
